Our stay

From the moment we arrived at the Belmond Mount nelson, we were overwhelmed by the hospitality, greeted with smiles, our car parked for us , luggage taken to our room and fresh bubbles to sip on whilst we were taken easily through check-in.  Our deluxe room was out of this world I honestly couldn’t believe our luck the sheer size and a full bath and shower, the icing on the cake was the beautiful balcony. There was complimentary water and a full mini bar. There was loads of information about local attractions and history about the hotel in a welcome pack. After our long journey we decided to order room service We went for mushroom risotto and tomato soup with a basket of bread. Not only was it quick but it was absolutely delicious and piping hot. The best thing was breakfast ordered the evening before and served in your room which we enjoyed, this was also included in our hotel room rate.
